Certifications & Quality Documentation
Every pump and wet-end part made at the Zibo manufacturing site is inspected against the checks below before shipment, and inspection and test records are supplied with the order on request.
What is inspected

| Material verification | Casings, impellers, covers, shafts | Spectrometer / chemical analysis against the ordered material grade (e.g. WCB, CF8M, CD4MCu, Alloy 20); result recorded per heat. |
| Hydrostatic test | Casings, covers and other pressure-containing parts | Hydrostatic pressure test before assembly; no leakage or visible deformation accepted. |
| Dimensional inspection | Machined parts and ANSI/ASME B73.1 interface dimensions | Measured against the drawing; in-house CMM (Tornado NCA10158) for interface and fit dimensions. |
| Impeller dynamic balancing | All impellers | Dynamic balancing on the in-house balancing machine before assembly. |
| Performance test | Complete pumps | Flow / head / power test on the factory test benches (water medium, to 9,000 m³/h, 6 bar, 250 kW); test curve supplied on request. |
| Final inspection and packing | All shipments | Nameplate data, direction of rotation, flange protection, export packing checklist. |
Third-party inspection and witness testing
Customers are welcome to witness hydrostatic and performance tests at the factory. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV is accepted and is arranged with the buyer when the order is placed. Inspection and test records are supplied with the shipment on request.
