Pumps and parts have been cast, machined and tested at the Zibo works since 2010; Jinan Yingsiman Machinery Co., Ltd, trading as YSM Pumps, was registered in Jinan in June 2018. Chemical plants, refineries and pulp and paper mills come to YSM Pumps for non-OEM replacement pumps and wet-end parts that fit the Goulds 3196 and Durco Mark 3 patterns. Since 2010 YSM’s own 3,000 m² works in Zibo has cast, machined and tested ANSI/ASME B73.1 pumps; every claim below is one the technical team can document on request.
Built to ANSI/ASME B73.1
Dimensionally interchangeable with a Goulds 3196 or Durco Mark 3 type pump of the same size designation and group. Fit is confirmed from the nameplate and the installed pump drawing before order, so the replacement lands on the existing baseplate and piping.
Material verified before it ships
In-house casting and machining in CF8M/316SS, CD4MCu, Alloy 20 (CN7M), Hastelloy B and C-276, Nickel 200, titanium Gr.2 and Pd7B and zirconium 702. Spectrometer and chemical analysis on wet-end castings; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates on request. Custom patterns for non-standard wet ends are made in-house.
Tested, not assumed
Hydrostatic test of every casing, dynamic balancing of every impeller and a performance-curve test on every pump before packing. Witness tests and SGS, BV or TÜV third-party inspection accepted.
Lead times you can plan around
Common wet-end parts held in stock; replacement parts in about 1 week, wet ends in 2 weeks, complete pumps in 4 weeks. Late-delivery compensation is written into the contract.

Commercial terms in writing
12-month warranty from shipment, 30/70 T/T with L/C accepted, all Incoterms supported and export packing as standard; every quotation itemises pump, parts and documentation.
Every YSM pump and wet-end part is built to the same interchange standard and reviewed by the technical team before quotation. We supply chemical plants, refineries, pulp and paper mills, mining, water treatment and pharmaceutical producers, with common wet-end parts held in stock for replacement work.

How YSM Supports an Industrial Pump Purchase
A useful pump proposal starts with a complete operating picture. YSM organizes technical and commercial review around the buyer’s duty point, liquid data, installation conditions, required documents and delivery scope.
New pump selection
Send flow, head, liquid composition, concentration, temperature, suction conditions, solids, viscosity, motor supply and operating schedule. The information is reviewed before a model or configuration is proposed.
Existing pump or parts review
Send the model, size, nameplate photo, existing drawing and part reference. Any replacement or fit conclusion remains subject to dimensional, material and commercial confirmation.
Material and seal review
Material and seal discussions use the complete liquid and duty conditions. A material name alone is not treated as proof of chemical compatibility.
Controlled technical documents
Curves, drawings, parts lists and manuals are matched to the applicable model, size and revision before they are issued for evaluation or an order.

Performance, compatibility, certification, interchangeability and case-result statements are published or quoted only when the relevant model-specific or order-specific evidence has been reviewed.
Manufacturing & Quality Capabilities
ANSI/ASME B73.1 pump parts have been manufactured at the Zibo works since 2010, supplying spare parts for Goulds 3196 and Durco Mark III type pumps as well as complete G196 and D Mark III pumps.

The Zibo manufacturing site has been in operation since 2010. Jinan Yingsiman Machinery Co., Ltd was registered in Jinan in June 2018 (Unified Social Credit Code 91370102MA3LY5RB2U). Production is carried out at YSM’s own 3,000 m² site with in-house casting, machining, balancing and pressure testing, supported by a team of 35 (22 manufacturing, 5 engineering, 3 QA). Key bought-out components use SKF or equivalent bearings, John Crane or equivalent mechanical seals and WEG or equivalent motors. See the factory & quality review for equipment and photos.
