ISO Range · AC Single Stage
The AC range is a single stage process pump family designed to EN ISO 5199 and compliant with EN 22858 (ISO 2858) — the European dimensional pattern for chemical process pumps. Modular interchangeability of parts keeps the spares inventory low, and the shaft-seal concept spans dynamic seal, mechanical seals and packing.
Pressures 16 / 25 bar (230 / 360 psi), by material and size. Series-level figures bound the envelope; the operating point of the specific size governs, confirmed on the reviewed curve.
Quick Selection Summary
| Capacities | to 11,000 m³/h (48,400 US gpm) | Heads | to 160 m (525 ft) |
| Pressures | 16 / 25 bar (230 / 360 psi), by material and size | Temperatures | to 180 °C (355 °F) |
Series-level figures bound the envelope; the operating point of the specific size governs the selection. Performance is confirmed against your duty point during the review.

Design & Manufacturing
Designed to meet EN ISO 5199 and complying with EN 22858 (ISO 2858), the AC range carries the European interface conventions for single stage chemical process pumps.
Wet-end castings run through YSM’s own foundry routes — sand, lost-foam and V-process — with traceable inspection reports; the material grade is confirmed to the liquid at selection.
Dimension tables are not published for this range. Envelope and interface dimensions are confirmed against your installed pump or project datasheet during the selection review.
Replacing Installed Pumps
Manufactured to the EN ISO 5199 / EN 22858 (ISO 2858) pattern, the AC range is offered as a non-OEM replacement for installed European-pattern process pumps of this standard, including common Sulzer-type installations. Interchangeability is confirmed against the installed pump’s documentation during the selection review.
Start from the ISO 5199 / ISO 2858 range hub, or send the nameplate with the duty as run today.
Request a Selection
A complete enquiry closes in one review cycle. Include the duty point — normal, minimum and maximum flow with required head — the liquid with its concentration, temperature, specific gravity, viscosity and solids; the wetted material and sealing arrangement in service; documentation of the installed pump where this is a replacement; motor voltage and frequency; and quantity, inspection or documentation needs, destination and target delivery date. Anything unknown can be stated as unknown — a marked gap is reviewable, a silent one is not.
Prepare it faster with the selection data guide; then send the enquiry.
AC Single Stage Process Pump FAQ
Is the AC built to ISO 5199 and ISO 2858?
Yes. The AC range is designed to meet EN ISO 5199 and also complies with EN 22858 (ISO 2858), the European dimensional pattern for single stage chemical process pumps.
Can the AC replace an installed Sulzer-type pump?
Yes — the range is offered as a non-OEM alternative for equivalent Sulzer-type installations. Replacement feasibility and interface dimensions are confirmed against the installed pump’s documentation during the selection review; nothing is promised from a family name.
Do you publish dimension tables for this range?
No. Selections are quoted against the duty point and the installed pump’s documentation; envelope and interface dimensions are confirmed during the selection review rather than read from a published table.
Which seal arrangements are available?
The shaft-seal concept spans a dynamic seal, mechanical seals and packing; the arrangement is selected to the liquid and the sealing practice in service.
What data closes a selection in one cycle?
The duty point as run today, the liquid with temperature and concentration, the wetted material and sealing arrangement in service, documentation of the installed pump where this is a replacement, motor voltage and frequency, and quantity with destination. Anything unknown, stated as unknown.
What are the lead time and warranty for this pump?
Typical lead time is 4 weeks for a complete pump, 2 weeks for a bare wet end and 1 week for replacement parts, from deposit and approved drawings. Warranty is 12 months from shipment against defects in materials and workmanship within the reviewed duty. Late shipment attributable to YSM is compensated at 0.5% of contract value per week, capped at 5%.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
30% T/T deposit within 7 days of order, 70% T/T before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight; export-grade wooden-case packing; any Incoterms 2020 term (EXW Zibo, FOB Qingdao, CIF, DAP/DDP) as agreed in the quotation. Factory witness testing and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) are accepted. Full terms: Commercial Terms
