New pump selection
Provide the duty point and liquid data; open “Add technical details” for suction conditions and project requirements. Use this path when the pump family or size is not yet confirmed.
Urgent replacement parts
Upload a clear nameplate, drawing or part photo and describe the failed or planned-maintenance item. Do not rely on a brand or part number alone.
Curves, drawings or manuals
Open “Add technical details” for the pump model and size, and state the speed, document type and intended use in the message box. File availability and revision are confirmed before issue.
What the Technical Review Will Need
Send what you have now — the form asks for five fields; the rest can be added under “Add technical details” or confirmed during review.
Operating data
- Minimum, normal and maximum flow
- Total dynamic head or discharge pressure
- Liquid composition, concentration and temperature
- Density, viscosity, solids and particle information
- Suction source, liquid level, pipe layout and operating schedule
Project and supply data
- Required material, seal or project specification
- Motor voltage, frequency, phase and enclosure
- Existing model, pump size or part reference
- Quantity, destination and requested delivery schedule
- Required curve, drawing, manual or inspection document

Pump Enquiry FAQ
Can I request a quotation without knowing the pump model?
Yes. Submit the operating duty and liquid data first. Model and configuration review follows the application data rather than a guessed model name.
Can YSM identify a pump from a nameplate or drawing?
A clear nameplate, size, drawing and installation photos can support identification, but any replacement or parts proposal is confirmed only after technical review.
Do published series maximums apply to every size?
No. Series values describe the family envelope. The applicable limit depends on size, impeller, speed, material, seal and operating conditions.
Can material be selected from the chemical name alone?
No. Concentration, temperature, impurities, solids, pressure, seal environment and component scope can change the material decision.
Are curves and drawings available for every enquiry?
Document availability depends on the model, size and review status. State the required document and intended use so the correct revision can be checked.
