YSM Manufacturing Site & Quality Review
YSM manufactures ANSI/ASME B73.1 process pumps and replacement parts at its own 3,000 m² site in Zhuangzhuang Industrial Park, Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong. The Zibo manufacturing site has been in operation since 2010. Jinan Yingsiman Machinery Co., Ltd was registered in Jinan in June 2018 (Unified Social Credit Code 91370102MA3LY5RB2U).

Quality Assurance
In-house inspection
- Documented inspection reports with tracking records for every order
- Dynamic balancing of all impellers
- Pressure testing of all casings and fit testing of assembled parts
- Visual inspection and liquid penetrant testing (PT)
- CMM dimensional verification
Third-party services
- Magnetic particle testing (MT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) through qualified third-party laboratories
- Performance testing in YSM’s own factory: 3 test benches, motor drive, water medium, capacities to 9,000 m³/h, pressures to 6 bar, drivers to 250 kW
- Witness testing can be arranged on request
Key bought-out components use SKF or equivalent bearings, John Crane or equivalent mechanical seals and WEG or equivalent motors.
Export Experience
YSM has supplied B73.1 pump parts to vendors serving worldwide markets for over a decade; main customers include PumpWorks and Summit Pump. Small parts are packed in cartons inside non-fumigation wooden export cases.
